Basically i am having the following issue. While i am watching some movies (star wars ep 3) sometimes it sounds like distortion and other times it seems the sound dips down / dissapears in some explosions. I was wondering if upgrading my reciever would fix this issue as i can't specify crossover frequncies on my current one (sony STRDE697) I don't think it's my speakers since mine setup i don't think is THAT bad.
