I just did a frequency sweep test from 10Hz-22kHz via my KEF 201/2 + seven subs (Funk + RBH).
And I was pleasantly surprised to find out that I could actually hear 10Hz, 20Hz, all the way up to 18kHz, 19kHz, 20kHz, 21kHz, & 22kHz.
I thought I wasn't supposed to be able hear below 20Hz and even close to 20kHz.
I could not hear from as FAR AWAY as my 11 YO daughter. She could hear all the way from the kitchen, which is 45 ft away!
She did not even know what I was doing. She was in the kitchen. She asked, "Dad, what is all those high pitch sound for?".
So obviously her hearing is a lot better than mine.
But I could hear the sound just fine from inside my HT room.
