Sound card with Win7

Got the starts of a HTPC. Nothing worth noting yet other than it only has the intel integrated 3.5mm stereo out. Its a work computer the company was going to toss because something corporate something something. Anyway, free computer. I'll build it up later but its just for streaming media from the internet.

I need a sound card that works with Win7 and hopefully pretty cheap because I'll throw the new Raedeon 53xx card in there as soon as they release it (bit stream audio over HDMI).

Ideas? Thanks!

All recent ATI card with hdmi out have build in sound processor, so If you intention to connect solely with HDMI from ATI card 4xxx or 5xxx series you don't need additional sound card.

For desktop windows sounds im sure your intel onboard sound (typically Audio Devices) HD codecs aren't bad
