Yes, the next version of Soul Calibur will feature Darth Vader and Yoda as characters!
Bad news is that they won't be available together on the same console version
Yoda will be on the Xbox360 version and Darth Vader on the PS3.

Old news The trailers were out a few weeks ago and it showed both of them for their respective consoles. There is a lot of discussion about how they will be added into the story line since they will be playable characters.

Yes, this is a weapon based game using the same engine as Tekken, both by Namco.
