Sony wf-1000xm4 dont fit perfect

Hi,
I have treated myself to the Sony WF-1000XM4 and cannot cope with the enclosed foam attachments. M is too big and pinches in the ear, S is too small and so they don't hold properly.
I ordered a selection of silicone attachments. There is an in-between size that fits perfectly. Unfortunately, they press hard in the ear even after a short time.
I have to say that my ears are very different in terms of fit and hold. The one on the left is rather unproblematic. But there is always something wrong with the right ear.
Which attachments do you use, if not the originals, or have you even had some adapted by the hearing aid acoustician? If so, how much did it cost?

If you can't find ones that fit properly then it could be worth to look for ones that will be tailored to your ears. I have heard positive feedback from people who have gone that route, I have been fortunate enough to go with the ones that come with the earphones.
