I have anywhere from $4000 to $6500 to spend on a TV. I don't want a plasma. What I am looking at is three sets. The Sony KDSR62XBR1. The Mitsubishi double diamond sets WD62927 or the WD73927. I really like the Sony however I am told that the other two are 1080p as well as i therefore it would be wise for me to buy the Mits. I got to see the HP65" and even though its very nice the picture was not that great. My last question. I really like the 73 however the local places are selling around $7000. I have seen the 73" for $5600 online with free shipping. Anyone ever buy online and if so, what was your experience. ALSO, anyone who feels I can get a better unit then the above units, share with me and I will gladly take that into consideration.

Sony released information on the new SXRD lineup today. They'll start arriving in July, all accept 1080p through HDMI and in the 60" size, you'll have 2 flavors to chose from - the "regular" or "XBR" model - pretty much the same except the XBR supposedly has better video processing. Cosmetically, though, the regular line forgoes the "dumbo ear" speakers :D while the 60" XBR has them and the 70" has them, but they are removable.

Check out the new release:

So if you can wait a month or two more, you can get SXRD that accepts native 1080p :D ENJOY!
