Sony LS 10 or Tascam DR-1?

Hi, I'm planning on buying one of the two for these recording purposes, and don't know which is better, the sony or the tascam.

I want to record piano, vocals, and interviews (in office), and perhaps if I can, rock concerts.

I have heard the Sony is good, but I'm not so sure about the Tascam.
My budget is around 200 dollars.
If you have any other suggestions, please let me know!

Oops, I meant Olympus
Olympus LS 10, or Tascam Dr -1 or Dr 7
