During the CES 2015 event held in Las Vegas last January, Sony introduced several new products from a wide variety of categories. One of these new products is the Sony HT-ST9 which is a 7.1 channel design consisting of 7 discrete amplifiers, 9 independent speakers and a wireless subwoofer.
The HT-ST9 was designed to operate in conjunction with SongPal which is a mobile application that allows you to keep full control of the speaker like audio sources, volume level and more. This application is available for for both Android as the iOS free of charge. For connectivity, the HT-ST9 incorporates Bluetooth, a coaxial input, an optical input, HDMI input (HDCP 2.2), an analog audio input and includes compatibility with NFC enabled devices.
