Sony DVD player DVP-NS975V, Yes or No ?

Hello,

My Denon 1910 just died on me and I am considering replacing it with Sony DVP-NS975V for its size (height) and price (don't want to spend more than $300). I don't see much talk about this unit in the forum and one negative post. Please provide some feedbacks on this unit if you have any experience with it.

Do not buy this DVD player! The picture quality is very good through HDMI and the audio(through Denon 3805) was also pretty good. However, it had strange quirks from day one. About half the time, the player would not perform a function when the button was pressed the first time. Also, it would shut itself off when hitting the eject button. Finally it quit playing DVD's/CD's all together after 4 months and I've returned it for warranty repairs. Don't know if it's repairable but we'll see.
