Sony digital 3000ES

i have heard this mentioned a few times (always in a good way). I am looking into replacing my receiver. I can find almost nothing on this except marketing materials. Anybody know of a good review or have experience with it?
Also, I specifically can't figure out if it offers preamp outputs for all channels.

answered some of my own questions.
found this from Sony:

looks like it has preamp outs for zone 2 but only 2 channel. So ia ssume you can't hook up an external amp for fronts if you wanted to do that. Actually, I think this sort of defeats the purpose of the design after reading the document above.
