We hope that you have been enjoying all the great high-definition Blu-ray Disc™ titles currently available, as well as the great picture quality your new Blu-ray Disc player provides for DVD playback.
A firmware update (Version 3.70) is now available for your player.
If you wish to download the firmware update yourself, you may do so through the link below. Please make sure that your PC is equipped with a CD burner and that you have a brand new CD-R disc close at hand (Note: a CD-R disc is highly recommended. Do not use CD-RW disc).
Otherwise you can request a firmware update disc and instructions be mailed to you. To order a disc click on the link below and scroll down to the middle of the “Important Notes” section and click on “here to order the firmware update.” You will be taken to our Service Request web form to enter your name and address. The update disc will be mailed within 10 business days.
