Sony active speaker system SAVA-57

Speakers were working fine until I decided to move them downstairs and hook them up to a different tv. Now the system is only working on center speakers. When I press the test mode button- only the center speaker is playing. I tried the reset button but that didn’t work. I’m wondering if it’s the cable that connects that speakers to each other.

What information do you need?

Start with make/model of each tv, and how specifically you're connecting them to each tv and with what (same cable or type of cable?). Does it still work properly on the first tv? Audio output settings on the tvs maybe too. Did you try another cable?
