Sonance vs. Speakercraft? I need your assistance

So I'm getting some in-ceiling speakers to round out my 5.1 media room and the rest of my home speakers. I've narrowed it down to 2 brands and 2 models....

Media Room:
Sonance 831R or 831R sst? (which of these is for a media room versus a home room just for music in the house)
VS.
Speakercraft AIM8 one?


Kitchen and Master bedroom:
for home music and master bedroom will be connected to the tv and home music
Sonance 831R/831r sst versus speakercraft CRS6one?

What amp would you run for the 4-6 zones in my home? I've looked at a niles si 275 with a 4-6 zone speaker selector (living room, dining room, kitchen, master bedroom, outdoor speakers) or something bigger/powerful?

Thanks, my main priorities are DirectTV/DVDs/Sports and some home music?

I'm Using Speakercraft AIM8-3 as my rear surrounds & presence speakers, very happy with the performance especially for the presence. The tilting woofer & tweeter definately helps to direct the sound field to the primary listening area & they are easy to install. As background music or effects speakers they would be fine.
