sonance amp question

i'm looking at buying a sonance 5150 amp.

a) are they good? i cant find specs (after further review, this model has been discontinued)
b)whats fair pricing? (almost new)

all i know is its a 5 channel, 165 x 5. Is it made by ATI ? is this a qualiyt amp for the price? seemed to have retail for about $1100 - $1200

or should i wait for the brand new av123 UL amp?
