something wierd with my revceiver...

i have a yammie 2400. you know when u turn on the amp it clicks 2 times. i dont know if its always like this and i didnt notice or its something out of the ordinary. it seems that its taking the second click a longer time. what i mean is that it would click to turn on and it takes about 2 secs for the other click to turn on the amp. can someone help please

As long as it turns on every time within several seconds I wouldn't worry about it. I know my 2500 takes a couple seconds to kick into gear.

What you're hearing is the relay inside the amp turning on. Every amp I've ever owned has made this sound, some more prominent than others.
