Something Better Than Politics

Here's the new addition to my house:

She was found in the bottom of a 6 inch vertical pipe extending about 3 feet below ground surface. She must have fell in when mother wasn't watching and couldn't be saved. I manage a water treatment plant and one of my employees heard her faint cry while heading to his job site on the other side of the plant. He could barely reach the bottom while lying on his stomach to pull her out. The bottom of the pipe had a couple inches of water. Luckily it had not started to rain that morning or she wouldn't have made it that long. Very weak and a slight case of hypothermia, but all is well now.

We haven't yet decided on a name, but so far "Piper" seems fitting.

That is one lucky kitten! I love cats, we have three, one totally black like Piper, but with yellow eyes. Piper is so tiny, is he/she weaned yet?

I figure she's between 3 and 4 weeks old. She is weened and even uses a litter box. Can't get much better than that!

I already have a cat named Lucky that my wife found last year on her job. Seems we both bring our work home in the same manner.

His name is Sinbad and he weighs in at over 900 lbs.! Now ,that is one huge cat. Can you imagine what it would cost to feed him?

I am a sucker for animals.She is quite a looker you have there Loserwife...Thank you and the Major for taking her in. Most people would take her to an spca but hats off to you all.
My house would be like doctor doolittle if I were allowed, my wife says only a dog a cat and a bunny.Oh well the bunny is my daughters.
