Some things I read but simply cannot believe.

I hope this doesn't cross the political line but it lands smack dab in the middle of the "HeLLO, McFly. *knock knock* ...Is anbody home" area.

No snarky comment on this one. You've simply got to read it to believe it.

Straight from the "You've GOT to be kidding me" file.

...and you wonder why many of us think judges are not of this earth?

shes not even cute... not even a little, I mean the entire thing is silly but that just tops it, one of my office girls was a M&F magazine model and I would never give her a fourth look, but seriously thats your place of business, be a professional...

Although my younger brother comes to my office and I have to make sure he keeps his clothes on, about 4 months ago during the summer I came into the office and he has his shirt off and my commercial secretary is rubbing lotion on his shoulders, I was like "are you serious rite now?" he was meeting me for lunch and just happened to come 20 minutes early and strip down for the office crew!!!! And this is after he already had one girl quit on me {she was only a temp but} he took her out, did whatever with her and wouldnt return calls, then shes asking me about him, crying in the office, what a mess... I need to make a warning plaque for the office....

But anyway, All my girls in the office are very attractive {all friends with my wife}, A LOT of my customers come and pay in person for the "scenery" so now at least I know how I can fire them if I ever need to, lol

I didn't read the whole thing, but I got this out of it. The dentist is a tool, and how he handled it was poor. Being a tool aside, he should have simply instituted a dress code, at which point she would either have adhered to it or been fired for cause.

That said, however, I am a proponent that any private business owner who has at most private investors should have the legal right to hire and fire whoever they want, whenever they want, as long as it does not break a legal contract. Likewise, all investors and customers have the legal right to decide if they shall continue to engage in business with that owner.

Once government funding is involved, it gets more complicated. Also, as a dentist, I don't know how complicated it gets because of insurance companies and such.

I have all my employees sign an employment contract which has a conduct code and morals clause that mentions physical appearance. Pretty straight forward and I have never had a problem since I try to hire decent classy people that wouldn't want their tits hanging out...

My brother is a driver for UPS and he is not allowed to have any facial hair {I think he can have a mustache if it has anything to do with religious beliefs}

It just seems this guy is a pervert, I don't know about you, but if my wife came home and said "my boss told me my clothes give him a hard on" one way or another it would never happen again...

I almost made myself wait until you couldn't edit that. :D
You are fast, because I reread it and caught it but was skyping my wife at work {she was saying good night to the kids} so I figured I would fix it when I was done, then I seen your post, pissa... lol That may have been my subconscious saying I should hire floozies, I know friends of mine say I hire friends of my wife to keep myself in line, but the truth is she makes friends with them as soon as I hire them to keep me in line, jk...

The last paragraph says it all:

...'Knight's wife, who also worked in the dental office, found out about the text messages and demanded Nelson be fired.'....

It seems to me you use different rules for your brother than for your employees. I don't want to be nasty but maybe you should tell your brother not to come to your office anymore.
