The way I read the Compact review was that it was only a mediocre speaker. If it really sounds the way the reviewer heard it, then there is way too much competition at that price point.

Review #1 > Not enough to make me save - an interesting review though.

Review #2 > Time to go back to the drawing board - not impressive.
