Well I was on the site, getting that itch for more audio / video equipment. It all started out when I went on a hunt for a Pioneer Elite plasma. One of the members on the site suggested Stitsville Ont, so I got the locator out and found it. Just yesterday I took the hour and a half drive and spent most of my day there in the shop. Really classy shop. Well, I figured I didn't drive all that way for nothing and so I bought the Velodyne DD-15, and the Pioneer Elite VSX-94TXH (which was a huge improvement over my Yammy HTR-5850).
Even without calibrating anything yet... wow. I have to say, the Pioneer runs the Studio 100's amazingly. and the 192khz upscaling seems to be pretty good.
Quick question though, when calibrating should I run Velodyne's software first and then utilize MCACC feature on the Pioneer? or vice versa?
