Solder tang connection

I am getting ready to purchase a four pair banana jacks wall plate and the specs say the following: "Four pair banana Jack insert plate, includes mounting hardware, Solder tang connection in back." What is a solder tang connection? I need to know what to buy to connect my speaker wire to the back of the wall plate.

Do you have a link to a website with this wall plate or brand/model??? Without any more info then I already have I will assume you need a soldering gun and some solder to connect these...wire strippers and cutters will be helpful too
