Ok, I have a 51" Toshiba projection TV and hooked up to I have an Insignia sound system with receiver. Connected to the receiver I have my VCR, serving as a tuner for cable TV and my Xbox. Everything was fine, it all ran through the Insignia and all had sound through my speakers until the other day.

We got Dish Network and their stupid receiver does not have the ability to hook devices through it. Now I am out of RCA jacks and my Xbox is not able to run through the Insignia any longer which takes away my ability to hear it through the speakers.

Is there anything I can buy, that is relatively cheap, that will allow me to hook more devices into that Insignia receiver?

Thanks,
Shannon

I need to connect my Xbox and Dish Network System all to my Insignia Stereo/Receiver and then into my TV all via RCA. Will this device work?

Sorry if this seems obvious to you, but is this for hooking up to a HDTV? Are you using component video (3 wires) or composite? (2 wires)

Standard RCA cables, nothing fancy. I do have a set of the multi-colored cables for transferring the video from my DVD/Receiver to the big screen.

I am simply out of places to hook my RCA cables into the receiver. Is there a device that will remedy this?

Thanks

If you're just switching RCA & or Svideo, then take a look @ THIS unit. I personally have one and it works great. I bought it because it automatically switches between devices when you turn them on or off (and i got a really good deal on it.) If you have any q's about it...just lemme know ;)
