The SMSL C200 or DO100 interests me very much.
There is a lot I have to learn about htese DACS, I confess.
But I have a “simplistic” question concerning blutooth use.
Can I use my iPhone to “send” music to these via Blutooth?

The specifics are here on the C200.
It says "Qualcomm latest Bluetooth chip supports LDAC 24bit/96kHz, APTX/HD, SBC, AAC" and that it supports Bluetooth 5.0 reception, so yes, you should be able to send music via Bluetooth. The only caveat is that Bluetooth does not support DSD transmission (you need a wired connection for DSD).

Hello Eppie and thanks for answering.
So is it compatible with iPhones finally?
Said differently...does iPhone uses DSD when using Bluetooth?

DSD is a high resolution audio format, so it is a property of the audio stream and not the Bluetooth carrier. It's unlikely you would need it unless you have purchased or encoded DSD files or have a streaming service that supports it.
