Smaller speakers for Dsx wides?

Currently I'm using klipsch r 15m bookshelf speakers for my fronts, I am considering using r 14ms for the wides to save money. The major difference between the two is obviously smaller speakers and lower sensitivity. Strangely enough they have identical -3dB frequency response at 62hz anechoic. If I were to elevate them to the same height as the R 15ms and compensate for the lower sensitivity would I have any issues with using them over a second pair of r 15ms?

That'd be fine, the wides are just surrounds after all. I do something similar.

Well if you actually WERE in Massachusetts you'd be in luck. My cousin has a pair of R-14M he uses for surrounds and he'll soon be replacing them with PSB Imagine B. The Klipsch will be going cheap.

I couldn't help but notice your location. Interesting choice of places you're not located out of the billions of possibilities.
