small speakers setup

I have an onkyo 875txr receiver when i go to set speakers to small i cant seem to find any direction to this action. any ideas

That avr appears to have settings for full band or setting a crossover (i.e. small). Page 86 of the manual shows how to make speaker configuration settings.

One would most likely want to set speakers to "small" only if there is a subwoofer in the system. If there is no sub, the setting should be "large" even if the speakers are small. Excuse me if you already knew this. Peace and goodwill.
