My girlfriends sister is looking for a smaller LCD tv 22"-32". Budget of $400 max. I know sharp, sony, and samsung are the ones to look for when buying LCD, but would consider other brands. I saw a 26" Vizio at Sears for $350, seemed like a decent deal. Anybody have any recomendations or know of any good deals to look at?
