Single malt and Cuban anyone?

Now that it's just about the weekend, which of you gentleman can thoroughly enjoy a good Cuban cigar with some single malt Scotch whiskey (or Cuban rum)? And what are they?

On a hot summer night a nice snifter of Havana Club (7 anos) with a Montecristo does me well.

After a steak dinner on these cold midwestern nights, a glass of my 25 year old Balvenie single malt with a Bolivar robusto wams me up.

My every day cigars include Rocky Patel Edge robustos and Punch Rare Corojo rothschild.

A good weekend to all!

I never got into the cigar thing. I liked my nicotine inhalable, so I stayed in Marlboro country most of the time. When I did smoke stogies (wen I was young & "cool") it was those gnarly Wolf Bros. things (the malformed tabacco sticks usually seen betwixt a gunslingers clenched teeth in every spaghetti western).

Cohiba

My wife and I recently traveled to the Dominican Republic and I brought back a box of Cohiba Red Dot Corona Especiale's. Not only are the cigars fantastic, it was rather fun haggling with the shopkeep that sold them to me. I picked up a box for about $35 US. I felt all that much better when we got back to our resort and found that the cigar shop in the hotel sold the same box for $350!

Excellante!

Nice choice jc. I've never had the opportunity to try a Cohiba Red Dot, but I have had a few Cohiba Edicion Limitada: some of the best cigars I've ever had.
