Shure E4C earphone discount?

Does anyone know where the Shure E4C ear canal earphones are available for $150 or so? In his review on this site, Henry Gaddabout states they are available for a short time at a steep discount but does not say where. Also, if anyone has a better idea for that price point, let me know!!

They keep popping up on sale here and there for around $185ish because they are last year's model. You might consider the comparable Ultimate Ears Super.fi 5 Pro as an alternative. Amazon has the Super.fi for $150.
