should I upgrade

2 questions

I have 16awg monster and banana's on my 3 fronts. 16awg for rears and they have to run 30feet.

1.) should I upgrade my rears with 10awg zip cord, then do my fronts, or not do anything at all until I get newer, better speakers.

2.) Where in BC, Canada, can I get 10 or 12 awg zip cord. I looked on the net at home improvement stores, but I got nothing. I can't buy from net-only places either cause I don't have a credit card, and I just don't trust the system yet.

Your fronts should be fine, but yeah, I'd get some 14ga at least for your rears. I know you can find RCA brand 14ga wire at Home Depot for $20USD/50ft. Pretty nice price. Also, at Home Depot, in the bulk cable section, they should have 12ga in-wall wire by Carol.

WOW, very suprised you did not plug Westlake here jaxvon.
Hey for the price of 16awg everywhere else, you can get up to 10awg for the same price.... Or even better, I see it at about 0.20 a foot for the 10awg which is overkill (however I have it), but the 14awg can be had for about 0.14 a foot or less....
