Should I buy a center, surrounds, or new reciever?

Ok. A few of you may recognize me as the poor bstrd that thought he was going to get away with just sinking 300$ into his 2-channel audio system. Now I'm considering spending a bit more of my hard earned cash... who wudda thought eh???

Here's my situation:
-Small room (7x11), but this will change (looking to buy a house).
-Marantz 2230 reciever (30 wpc)
-PSB B25 X 2
-Budget is ~$300-400 with the possibility of selling the Marantz for another $100
-I'm looking down the road at building a surround/HT system(ahhhhh!$!$!)

Should I:
1.buy a PSB Image C40 ($219) and a different receiver (Receiver<$200)
2.buy the PSB Image C40 and B15s($229) (with the thought that I want to have speakers from the same series, and these may be unavailable one day, ie holding out for a receiver and sub)
3. drop $400 for a PSB SubSeries 5i Subwoofer
4. not buy anything yet, too broke
5. any other combination?

Any input on this?

Not buy anything until you buy a house.

Save for the house because the new potential room may be larger than you have now and you may want to use the B25s as surrounds and get yourself some Image towers.

As muchs as I'm a PSB fanboy, I would look at SVS, HSU, or Outlaw subs. They offer better bang for the buck than the PSB subs.

-Point taken guys... but no promises (I have to live here until June, when I graduate, and need better sound asap).
-I'm very curious about integrating a sub with my system. Currently the PSBs can't handle everything I throw at them on the low end... I realize they weren't designed to handle a full range signal, and I also realize that my receiver may be part of the problem (been looking at the Yamaha RX-V659).

newb question:
-I have a M-Audio Audiophile 2496 sound card on the way (yeah the old E-MU APS is finally retiring). Can I run 1 set of RCAs to my reciever and turn the low pass filter on (to give the psbs a break), and then run another set from the M-Audio to a powered sub? If so, could this solve my problem? My computer is my listening source 99% of the time, so if I could make this work, I could probably hold out for a long time.

ALSO
I have a Marantz EQ-10 equalizer. Should I throw this into the mix?
