Well recently I've been on a bit of a health kick and have come cross some pretty sweet smoothie recipes by experimenting with crazy fruit.
Shocks Wonder Smoothie: Now I know what you're thinking, "Shock, I know how awesome you are and how awesome your smoothies probably are, but I just don't have time to break out the big ol' blender!"
Well now you do!
Step 1: Buy magic bullet.
Step 2: combine 1/3 frozen mango, 1/3 frozen pineapple, 1/3 frozen raspberries in the large bullet cup, and fill with your favourite fruit juice or milk.
Step 3: Duh......you mix it.....
For you adventurous types you can substitute some....or all....of the juice with your favourite alcohol.
I've been making two of these a day, one for breakfast and one after supper for dessert, and I'm packed full of energy all day. You can try to add in your favourite all bran cereal as well for the breakfast one. You don't taste the bran at all, but it be a little weird on the texture side, either way it's still delicious.
I've also tried it with fresh fruit, but i find it becomes to liquidy, I like to eat it with a spoon.
