I hooked up front speakers, blue ray player, and 40 inch emerson LED. When I first hooked up the blue ray, I ran it thru the TV. I could hear it through the speakers from the receiver and TV. I took it loose and hooked it up to the receiver. Now I get nothing. I put the blue ray back through the TV and no sound through speakers from receiver, only through TV speakers. I have pushed buttons and not knowing exactly what I am doing, need help. I also have the monitor from the receiver plugged into the HDMI#1 input on TV and have the TV component output plugged into the receiver input for TV in. I am not sure if this is right. When I turn on the blue ray, it automatically turns the TV to HDMI#1 whether I have it(the blue ray) connected to the TV or receiver. So I do need help! Any would be appreciated just to play CD's.
