I recently built the quartet10 kit from CSS using a partsexpress pre-made box. The premade box already included rubber cabinet feet.
The quartet kit included cabinet spikes which I didn't use. These are 2 1/8" tall and are black/gold, from CSS these are $34 + shipping.
Selling them for 26.00 shipped anywhere in the lower 48.
