Selling used Paradigm V5 Monitors and Onkyo receiver?

I would like to put my Paradigm V5 monitors along with my Onkyo TX-SR605 up for sale. New receiver and speakers are on the way. Everything is in excellent condition. How do people come up with pricing when they want to sell used stuff? I do not want to ask too high or too low. New Arcam is here, new speakers should be here this week.

Try the 'Classified' section of the site. I heard that they sell stuff there.

Audiogon, I believe has a "blue book" value for most gear (you have to register to use it) and I believe if you google it there are some sites that value used audio gear.
