I've built a few DIY speakers in the past. I have made some of Dennis Murphy's MB20's and I designed my own 8" sub. So for so good.
I was given a Dynaco PAT-4 preamp a few months ago and have bid on a few power amps on E-bay but I'm always out bid. They go for way too much IMHO.
I stumbed across to Full range Dipole amps at MCM which are 40W/15W Woofer/Tweeter. While costing $85 for each is a bit much I like the idea if a self contained speaker and amp. Really could crank it up around my computer or would be very portable to move outside by the patio or to the boat.
I was wondering if anyone has any experience with these amps?
