<font color='#000000'>I recently tried changing my 2 foot rat-shack golds with 1 foot rca cables from mcm for SACD. I was going on the principle that shorter is better. However even before hook-up I noticed that the MCM cables were 50-75% as thick as the rat-shacks. They also sounded worse so I am back to the rat-shacks. There isn't anything wrong with the rat-shacks except that one end uses right angle connectors and I can't seem to buy the 2 foot length anywhere anymore. Can someone explain why the 1 foot wire didn't sound better? How can you screw up a 1 foot piece of wire?</font>
