Sansui 7400Z (1982) looking for a power supply capacitor source, 71V 1000uf, CE86W...Help...can't find

You could go with two 470uF 100V caps from Parts Express and connect them in parallel giving 940uF.

There is also this from Digikey (and other options as well) but shipping will be more than the part.

I wouldn't worry about the 20% tolerance. Since this is a power supply filter cap the exact capacitance is not critical. You can go higher in both capacitance and voltage in the power supply. Just a matter of what will fit.
