I have a Samsung Bluray player BD-P1600(several years old) we have wireless so it updates firmware auto if I select it. it works Great and is Much faster then my 1st Generation Sony Bluray (in bedroom now). I keep reading posts about the Oppo, as I run my HDMI from Bluray to my HD AVR
and having it "Decode" ($1,300.00 AVR) I figured it was better then $200.00 Samsung straight to flatt screen. I am Happy it looks and sounds Great but if there is "Better". Is this really worth the money spent to upgrade???
