Samson S-Convert (-10dBV to +4dBu Converter)

Hello,

At my studio we use these little boxes as axillary inputs for computer/phone/etc. headphone jacks. Two of these units have attenuation or no signal on one side (one box is quiet on the right side and the other box has a dead left side). Should I trash these and buy new or do ya'll have any input?

I assume you tried swapping the L/R inputs to see of the problem followed, or there was no change? If so, then yes it’s dead.
