I bought a SACD Player, then I plugged it to my Harman Kardon AVR 325 receiver, when I shoose the SACD option, It doesn't work, but It does work when I choose normal Audio CD. Do I have to buy another AVR???

How did you connect the player to the receiver? To play SACD, you must use the 5.1 analog inputs of the receiver. If you use the 2 channel analog inputs or a digital cable, you can only play the 2 channel portion of a SACD (many sacd are hybrids that contain both a normal redbook CD layer as well as a high resolution sacd layer).

I used an optical cable. But the problem is I can't hear anything from the SACD player when I choose the SACD option, not even 2 channels...

You cannot get SACD via digital connections except with certain gear, and the H/K you have is not one of them, so you must use analog.
