I recently bought a SA-CD player after hearing rave reviews...
So far I've only found one album that I really felt justified the elevated pricetag (the Blue Coast Collection; bluecoastrecords.com), which is from an audiophile specialty label I stumbled accross on Amazon...but, at this point, it's the only release they have!!

Can anyone direct me to other similar quality labels/releases?
(NOT the "remastered for SA-CD" garbage)

Do a search for SACD in this forum and you should find more than a few threads on good SACDs.

Jazz at the Pawnshop is the first that comes to mind. Next would be most of the Patricia Barber discs, Companion and Cafe Blue being my favorites. Dark Side of the Moon , Roxy Music's Avalon, Telarc's A Tribute to Weather Report, etc...

The forums at www.sa-cd.net are very helpful too, you can search by genre, DSD, etc., and see reviews and recommendations.

Thanks for the suggestion, and I also posted my question on SA-CD.net...my issue is that, while many of the re-mastered re-issues sound much better on SA-CD, it's still the same recording...

This cd seems to have been recorded using a much higher quality proccess (to match the higher quality format), and I'm hoping to find more similarly recorded releases...

Sounds like you want to completely disregard a lot of what's out there without giving it much thought, simply because it's already been released on cd. That's a shame, there is a lot of very good sounding music you'll miss out on. Now obviously some SACD's will sound better than others. Among other things it has a lot to do with how well the source was originally recorded. Keep in mind that even cds are a compressed music format. SACD's (and DVD-A's) just have a little more head-room in which to work. In many cases the difference is great. You didn't mention if you are interested in surround or not.

Going by your criteria might I suggest "October" by Larry Chernicoff
