S/PDIF in on Audigy 2 ZS?

I have a Creative Audigy 2 sound card without the front panel connection thing, but now I want to connect my Xbox so that the sound from it comes out through my PC speakers. Is it possible to just solder a S/PDIF receiver to the connector for the front panel thing?

Why is there a need to solder? It has a coaxial and optical input, so all you'd have to do is run a cable from the digital audio output of your X-Box to the corresponding input on the front panel box.
