RX-V2500 Seperate Channel Volume Setting

Is there a way on the RX-V2500 to go strait to say the center channel while watching a movie to adjust it? I had a RX-V1400 and you could use the arrow keys on the remote to bring up all your channels (front, rear, center)and adjust them. I like to adjust the center front channel volume from time to time. I know I can do it by bringing up the menu but that interrupts the movie.

What I do

What I do on that is just have a setting saved as DVD that I set up already. On that one I have adjusted the center channel up. You can access 2 saved settings from your remote. See page 68 in your manual. It will walk you right through how to do it.

If the 2500 remote is the same in this respect to the 1500's simply pressing the level button until the display on the reciever says "center" then the "<" or ">" buttons should do what you require.

NomoSony that’s what I was looking for. I use to have a rxv1400 and it would do as you said. I’ll probably try wafflebird’s way unless someone else has a different idea…
