Just got the RX-a3000 to replace the Yamaha RX-v2300 I've had for ~6 years. With my previous setup I used a Monster 4way speaker selector to connect 3 rooms wired with speakers (need to have those tunes on the patio when grilling!). I have the monster connected to the "B" speaker connection.
I'm wondering the best way to set this up on the a3000. The manual mentions in several places not to use spliiters as it might put too much resistance on the system and cause damage. If I only had two rooms looks like it would be easy enough to directly connect to zones 2 & 3 and then use the party mode.
I would appreciate any suggestions.
