Russound integration with Sonos or Squeezebox

I have a Russound CAS4 audio system in my house and I want to be able to contect it wirelessly to my computer to play Napster/Rhapsody and Itunes but I am not sure how to do this.

I have heard that the best way might be to integrate my Russound with Sonos or Squeezebox. Can anyone help me with this issue?

If Sonos or Squuexebox can do this what hardware do I need? Is there something better/cheaper? I am very new to this and I enjoy my russound for CD, Ipod, and XM but I want to be able to control the songs I play throughout the house and I thought that using my laptop to play Itunes and Napster to select and play songs would be the ebst way to do this.

I assume I can get a system that connects wirelessly to my computer and connect that to my russound system. Then I could just select that system as one of the sources on my russound control panels.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks

Look into a Sonos, they are fairly inexpensive and will pickup your iTunes library on a wireless network. The unamplified Sonos's can just be connected to your existing room systems and controlled with the Russound. You'll still probably need to use the Sonos ZonePlayer remote though, because I don't think the Russound keypads will integrate.
