Running 2 subs with YPAO?

The 12" sub has an output to connect to another sub and I have a 10" connected from it that way they are working together to act like 1 sub but my question is if the YPAO will treat them as one sub and do the calibration accordingly? The problem I'm having calibrating them manually is getting the volume right on both of them since one is more powerful and deeper than the other. I'll be getting my RX-V1500 next Friday so I'm trying to tackle the problem now so I can take care of it immediately without any trial and error.

So, what should I do when using 2 subs with YPAO?

I have 2 SVS 2039CS+ subs connected via a Y-splitter on a 2500 and YPAO calibrates them as one sub just fine.

kaos.
Get yourself an SPL meter.. play a test tone through the receiver and balance the volume of the subs like that.
As each sub has a different response curve, I believe mathamatically your never going to get them exact across the whole frequency range. Your going to have to pick a mHz and set them equal at that.

Good luck
