While celebration time is here, and multiple offers discounts going on, I managed to get rti a9 x 2 and 1 CSI A6, and currently driving using HT-R758 that came alongwith HT-S6500.

I am all over the place for the amplifier/receiver and hence can definitely use expert suggestion.

I do prefer music, I recently tried yamaha R-S700 with the rti a9, they definitely sounded sweet, R-S700 specially the mids, they sounded just great. When i played jamaica farewell by harry belafonte, it was wow. Such rich mid, vocals were just great.
Needs sub-woofer, since the device cutsoff any frequency below 95Hz and no way to control it unless i get a new sub.
Also cannot use the amplifier for HT, since the receiver doesnt have any preout.
Loved the R-S700. On the downside, it doesnt have any DAC /digital input. - Can i get anything better than that which doesnt cost arm and leg :)

Was wondering what about Onkyo TX-RZ810 biamped would be goo idea to drive those speakers or probably take preouts from TX-RZ810 and drive them using the yamaha R-S700 .

Tried Denon 4400H, somehwere i felt yamaha was doign better justice to the speakers.

Also wondering if anthem MRX 520 would be better or the emotiva which currently listed on the website.

Music first to me. HT for my family While movies will be most used for. Currently using them in family room. However want to use the instruments when i intent to set up HT in basement in 2 years.

Please do considired, I am canada, ON and getting a hold of Halo /parasound doesnt seems feasible. Also I have very less knowledge of NAD or Cambridge.

The $$ are also considerations. If suggestions are for expensive range then may consider buying them in parts over a period of time also meanwhile i should have some decent sound.

I would Also apreciate if some suggestions are given for a decent turntable while doing the setup. I used to have a telefunken turntable before, which my dad listens to. So need another one for myself
