I just got an open box one form the store. Seems to be working well, but I am wondering if the "filtering" LED light should be ON. Mine is always in the OFF state. I hope this means I have clean power, but maybe I have a busted RLC 1040. Those of you with an APC H15 or RLC 1040 please let me know about the state of the "filtering" LED. The manual does not clarify this product feature.
