Room treatments for an odd listening room ?

My HT/audio gear if fairly common. Yet the room I am working with might be rather unusual in regard to the application of audio. I really have no understanding of room treatments or what they look like. I included a drawing of my current setup as relates to factors that should be important to room dynamics and the possible application of room treatments. If you have time, take a look, and tell me what might help.

Here are a couple of notes to supplement the drawing.
1. Its a carpeted basement, partially below ground. Lots of thick area rugs on top of the carpet. A good amount of 'fat' couchy furniture.
2. There is a woodstove in the room. It can't me moved. I have to keep stuff, especially my HT gear away from it. Its on the drawing.
3. The main and center speakers are nearly up against a wall that is mostly below ground, completely below ground for the right speaker, barely on the left. Block wall with insualtion and wallboard.
4. There is both a TV and a 42" monitor in the room. Kind of odd, I know. We rarely just sit around. Moving alot and sometimes dancing around to the music. Old hippies. Both are hooked up to the HT, play lots of concert DVDs, we can view from pretty much anywhere. That's the logic behind that.
5. Not shown on the drawing is a good size window on the wall rather close to where the left main speaker is. Otherwise that is a block wall with some framing and wallboard.

Well I could not include the drawing but here is a link to it that works. THANKS!

Use view in full screen to get a closer look once you bring it up.
