Hello !
This is my first post here. I looked around on the forums, but you guys are so advanced...
I have selected 2 pictures that could describe my situation. I don't have any better pics atm, and my camera is not home.

They are at the above address.
Now let me explain the situation.
I have xonar DG audio card, and Logitech Z506. Pretty weak stuff, but i want to get the most of them.
Usually i play games, listen music, watch movies from the chair and not in the bed, so i don't really care about the sound when i am in bed.
However i have no experience when it comes to sound, i think a monkey would do better at setting up the scene for me.
We will not take into consideration the whole room, but rather consider it like a square containing full width and 2-3 meters length of the room. Which, i think it's obvious since i do everything from the pc chair. The second monitor(silver one) is offline atm, and will stay that way some time. So i moved the black one towards the middle of the desk(kinda 40%). The center speaker is on the top of the monitor, and the Right and left ones are on it's right and left side, but not equidistant(close to it), I think i am satisfied with this. The problem are the rear speakers. I have no idea what would be the best positioning for them. Right now one is sitting on the bed, and the other one on the side of the window, which is pretty bad.
Behind the chair is that brown piece of furniture, which i will name "the closet". I thought that i should position the rear speakers on each side of "the closet" but at the end that is nearest to me so the sound waves would travel to me, not refract from the furniture. I also thought i could place the speakers on the doors of "the closet" which will put them right behind me. Of course i could put one on the wall, and achieve, perfect positioning, but that would require me to put the left one outside the apartment so that fell too.
How distant should the rear speaker be from the floor? Or from me?
In the speaker test they sound normal, but in games / movies i bearly(see what i did there ?
) hear them. My impression was that the rear speakers are low, so i set the to max +db from the sound card software, Is that normal?
Thanks for all the answers(in advance) !
The most important question in this topic would be the optimal distance from chair, floor as well as the position on the closet of the rear speakers.
