I have ordered a Netflix Roku device and I was planning on using HDMI to connect it to my Denon 2809 AVR. Would it be better to use the component video cable as the 2809 does some video processing and up conversion when non-1080p signals are input and the 1080p output is used?
BTW the TV is a 1080p plasma and is connected to the hdmi output of the AVR.
